Submitting information through this website does not create an accountant-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we agree to work together, typically in a written engagement letter. Information on this site is general and is not tax, accounting or legal advice.

We keep contact form inquiries only as long as needed to respond and to keep reasonable business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this website, which is served over HTTPS. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
